Your new role This role recognises technical expertise and mentorship within the Hydraulic team. It is focused on technical delivery, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting and mentoring more junior engineers. Independently undertake technical engineering tasks and projects within your discipline. Mentor more junior engineers. Accept responsibility for projects undertaken. Deliver projects successfully, meeting program and quality standards. Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional client service. Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and company QA procedures. Lead and foster a culture of continuous technical and procedural improvement. What you'll bring Strong technical ability. Leadership and mentoring capability. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Chartered professional engineer is desirable. Good understanding of H2X software. Revit knowledge is preferred. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
